Born in Wuppertal. German-Angolan. 2 metres tall and built to defend. I'm a centre-back who competes at the highest level I can reach — and keeps pushing that ceiling.
But I'm more than the 90 minutes. I journal after every session, reflect on every loss, and build a brand — NON — from the same discipline I bring to training.
The Foundation
The body is the instrument. Show up every day — not when motivation arrives, but before it does.
Effort without awareness is just noise. Sit with what happened. Ask the hard questions.
Don't perform a version of yourself for the crowd. Know your values. Honour them under pressure.
The drive to become more and the gratitude for what already is — not contradictions. The balance that makes everything sustainable.
